From an order value of CHF 150, delivery is automatically free of charge. If the order value is less than CHF 150, CHF 7.50 postage will be charged.

You are responsible for returning the goods yourself. Ordered items can be returned within 10 days of receipt in the original packaging to the following address.

HEYDUDE shoes are exceptionally light. The lightest models weigh only 150 grams, about the same as a pair of socks!

The warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accidents, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural deterioration of colors and materials due to time, exposure or intensive use.
